The Magna Vitae Tour of the Wolds
We are very proud to announce that we have become headline sponsors for this national cycling event, making it the Magna Vitae Tour of the Wolds.
We caught up with Dame Sarah Storey when she came to Louth last week to reccy the route. When asked about the sportive event on the 8th April, Sarah said:
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to get out there with friends – lots of groups of people coming through with big smiles on their faces. It’s just superb and there’s lots of camaraderie around and huge support. What you’ll find is there will be lots of teams here the day before riding around and getting their final preparation ride in so you’ll probably pass the pro teams as you’re heading out on the sportive. It’s a great opportunity to be in that community and to rub shoulders with the UKs best.”

Amelia’s story
Amelia Maycock is just 16 years old. She started power lifting just over a year ago. She competed in her first British Championships in February 2016 and placed 2nd.
Amelia is currently waiting to find out if she has been selected for the Worlds Championships later in the year. She has the following message for anyone thinking of trying a new sport:
“It doesn’t matter who you are or what you look like, you can do it and you can get better with practice.”
