Louth’s biggest gym delivers classes with world-known trainers

Anoushka Moore and Ollie Ritch are simply the best! The UK based Master Trainers for Life Fitness and Team ICG are advocates for health and fitness and are coming to Meridian Leisure Centre for one day only!

We are lucky to have Anoushka and Ollie here on Saturday, June 25 to deliver six exclusive sessions to our members and you the public.

 

The sessions include:

Turn up the heat at 9.30am-10am
Get ready to be hot and sweaty as we build up the heat in this full HIIT synergy session.

Partner Power at 10.30am-11am
Everybody’s got to start somewhere, so grab a friend for the fun introduction to functional training.

Hell Bells at 11.30am-12pm
The queen of KBs is going to build you a better booty and strengthen those thighs with this 30 minute mix of KBs, TRX and cardio.

Strong for 60 at 12.30pm-1pm
It only takes a minute to get you stronger, using a varied range of equipment and simple foundational exercises in 30 minutes we can boost your strength and health.

Core Conditioning at 1.30pm-2pm
Let’s focus on making you strong from the core with dynamic standing and floor core exercises.

HIIT me baby… one more time at 2.30pm-3pm
Bring you’re A game as we work strength power and spread around the synergy to build strength and shred calories.

 

Anoushka, who’s area of expertise includes kettlebell training and Olympic Lifting with Kettlebells said. “I absolutely love what I do and feel privileged to be in a position which enables me to help others get fitter, healthier and happier.”

Meridian’s Lifestyle Consultants, George, Sammy, and Carrie will be around on the day to deliver group inductions and tours around the new high-tech fitness suite as well as offering any tips and advice.

“This is a great opportunity for us, our members, and new users to come along and see what the new gym is all about – and you won’t be disappointed. The new kit is top quality, and we are loving the atmosphere.” said Carrie.
