This means he can give expert advice and guidance for people who are using exercise to help with a variety of medical conditions. Next step is a Level 4 qualification, to work in areas of strengthening and conditioning.
“What is most rewarding is seeing people who are initially very inactive or unfit and working with them. You really start to see the difference not only in their fitness, but in their confidence and self-belief,” said George.
