We are offering up to 40 hours a week all year-round contract to support the brand new Station Leisure and Learning Centre in Mablethorpe! Experience in leisure environment is essential. Tasks will include Fitness advising, Reception support, Lifeguarding, and coaching. Funding to gain further skill and training, double time on bank holidays, excellent pension and health benefits all form part of a very attractive contract package.

As a Leisure Attendant you will be responsible for the safety and enjoyment of our customers within the facilities. This includes our Swimming Pools, so an NPLQ (Pool Lifeguarding Qualification) is essential. If you do not have an NPLQ, we will pay for your qualification. Brand new to the site is something called the TAGactive Arena. Leisure attendants will be expected to educate & induct customers competently to participate in the TAGactive® Arena. Instruct & educate custom in the safe practice before using participating in the TAGactive® Arena. 

We are looking for individuals who have great customer care skills and an eye for detail in ensuring the centre is presented to a high standard.

Specific training will be provided and a company induction.

As part of a team you will be required to work a shift pattern that covers the operational hours of the Centre. You will need to be a team player able to demonstrate an enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work hours.

We are looking to recruit a Leisure Attendant,  working up to 40 hours per week, work will include evenings, weekends & bank holidays.
