We’re keeping your account secure!
Over the next couple of weeks we will upgrading our systems to ensure we continue to keep your account secure. Whether you use our online booking system or our mobile app you will soon be asked to update your password. To do this you will need your member ID and your email address associated with your account.
Your new password will need to be a minimum of 8 characters, containing at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter, at least one number and at least one special character.
If you receive more than one email it is because your email is used on more than one account, i.e. your child’s account.
To help you with this we have created some video “How to guides” below to show you what you need to do to update your password.
