Sessions run at various times throughout the week.
Our community team deliver various sessions across the East Lindsey District. We run pop up sessions in Community Venues and rural areas to encourage people to get out and socialise, have fun and keep fit.
Some of our sessions are part of projects that are funded by Louth & District Hospice.
Fitness members can book classes online, 7 days in advance.
