ISG’s Update April 2024
Message from the Project Manager: Adam Walker
Hello and welcome to my first newsletter of the New Year, as I am sure you will all have noticed we have been really busy over the last few months since my last communication in December. Works on the main façade have almost been brought to a conclusion, which is a great position for us to be in with 14 weeks now left of the project.
Internally we have been working hard in the pool hall and changing village with tiling now progressing well and looking to be completed at the end of the month. All the internal walling system is also looking to be completed by the end of the month giving us 10 weeks for the final fit out. We are really happy with how the building is looking and we hope that you will be too.

Message from the Project Manager: Adam Walker
Hello again, it has only been a short period since my last newsletter, but a lot has been undertaken on the project we are now progressing well with the roofing works on the project with the liner sheet installed and the commencement of the top sheeting to the roof area, you will have noted the crane visits delivering materials to the roof area I’m sure.
We are progressing towards the commencement of the cladding works which will be starting in a week’s time on the project, which will be another clear visual change to the building for you all to see and a key milestone.

Message from the Project Manager: Adam Walker
Hello again, it’s been a few months since my last update and with some more noticeable changes around the project having taken place and furthermore about to take place, I thought it would be the right time to provide an update. Since we last spoke, we really have been busying ourselves with the ground works on the project, we are in the final stages of completing the reinforced concrete works to the pool area and completing the remaining foundations on the project. The steel frame is booked in for commencement Monday 31st July which is going to see increased deliveries to site, and I am sure that you have noticed that we have changed some of the parking arrangements locally to ensure that we can maintain good access onto the site and to try to ensure that we impact as little as possible on you as we continue our works.

Hello again, hopefully you are starting to see some changes around and there hasn’t been too much disruption for you all through this initial stage of the project, as we have now established the site set up and fully taken possession of the old car park. Progress is going well and we are moving into an exciting time for the project as we commence the foundation install. We are already pushing all preparations towards the steel frame installation milestone targeted for early July.
