Unfortunately, as per the latest Government announcement made on Wednesday 30th December it is necessary to close all of our leisure venues from Thursday 31st December until further notice. This includes Horncastle Pool & Fitness Suite, Meridian Leisure Centre in Louth, Skegness Pool & Fitness Suite and Station Sports Centre in Mablethorpe. These venues will therefore be CLOSED on Thursday 31st December onwards.
As Tier 4 facilitates outdoor (junior football) recreation, London Road Pavilion, Louth will be considered separately. More information will be released in the next few days specifically regarding this specific venue.
All direct debit memberships will be automatically frozen from tomorrow for the length of this latest closure period. This accounts for Fitness, WaterWise swimming lessons and Gymnastics memberships. All 6 & 12 month cash fitness memberships will be automatically extended in line with the length of the closure period.
Please note that there is no requirement for you to cancel your membership(s).
We would like to thank all of our valued custom for their continued support during this difficult time. We would also like to take a moment to give a big shout out to all our staff members who have been working tirelessly on the front line as this challenging situation has evolved throughout 2020. Well done and thank you everybody!
We are only too aware of the giant void, our leisure centres being closed, creates. For our members, we have thought long and hard as to how we could help you continue to be more active, more often during Tier 4. Also, to simultaneously help improve your immunity and ongoing health improvement, we would like everyone to keep active, healthy and fit during this latest closure. We will therefore continue to provide, improve and expand our digital platform to deliver exercise classes to all of our members throughout this period.
Whilst it breaks our hearts that we must close once again, we firmly believe that we all remain in this together, as one, to face the challenge head on. We know as a member of the Magna Vitae team you are with us all the way on this. We thank you all so much!
