Meridian Leisure Centre is a fresh and modern facility in Louth, Lincolnshire. We offer jam-packed fun activities including swimming, exercise classes, junior sessions and most recently as fully refurbished gym with state-of-the-art equipment from Life Fitness and Jordan Fitness.
New gym facilities
Meridian Leisure Centre has recently undergone a new renovation of the fitness suite, offering the newest and best within the local area.
The new equipment includes the world’s best treadmills, upright bikes, and power mill climbers with 25 different speeds for those who prefer a more intense workout. New ‘Life Fitness’ and ‘Jordan Fitness’ resistance and free weight items, as well as a signature multi jungle series and synergy unit, allowing individuals to customise workouts like never before.
The state-of-the-art cardio equipment boosts vivid high-defined screens with tv, streaming and internet capability, allowing you to watch the latest interactive apps like ‘Netflix’ and ‘YouTube’. You can also keep track of your progress and workouts by downloading the ‘LFConnect’ app and scanning the QR codes during your sessions.
