Activities delivered include local walking routes, sporting memories sessions, walking cricket, a range of seated exercises and a simple “cuppa and a chat”.

AMCA
Magna Vitae will be supporting the AMCA Skegness Beach Race on the 5 & 6 November 2022.
The Skegness beach race has progressed largely since 2010, growing to one of the biggest off road events in the UK, attracting thousands from all over to come spectate over one singular weekend!

AGELESS & AGILE
Our community team delivers Ageless & Agile sessions every week at all four venues. These sessions are catered towards older people that may want to keep their fitness levels up while finding a new hobby!

These sessions are perfect if you are on our Exercise & Prescription programme!

REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY
Remembrance Sunday is a day where we honor those who served in World Wars and future conflicts.
It is held at 11am on the second Sunday of November, the closest Sunday to the 11th of November, Armistice Day, the anniversary of the end of hostile activities in the first World War in 1918.

THIS MONTH AT EMBASSY THEATRE
Winter may be on the way but there’s no shortage of entertainment to warm up even the coldest of evenings. At the Embassy Theatre in November alone, there are stunning tribute shows and the welcome return of a festive favourite!
Dig out your 90’s tracksuit and head over with your crew for the Boyband Party Show on 4th November – followed the next night by the first visit of Go Your Own Way: The Fleetwood Mac Songbook.
