We Challenge You…March challenge gym fitness nutrition louth horncastle mablethorpe skegness

to try 20 ways to feed your body better.

Are you hydrated? Have you eaten enough of the right foods or maybe too much?

13th – 19th March is National Nutrition & Hydration Week. With this in mind, nutrition expert Marko has thought of 20 ways you can feed your body better this month.

Pick up a leaflet from your local reception, record which of the tips you have tried and which worked best for you.

Hand in your leaflet at the end of the month to be in with a chance to win a PT voucher.

To help you out, we will be running special sessions to celebrate Nutrition and Hydration week, focusing on Marko’s 20 top tips to feed your body better:

Embassy Pool & Fitness Suite, Tuesday 7th March, 2-4pm

The Tour of the Wolds Cycle Sportive Training PlanTour Wolds British Cycling

The Tour of the Wolds comes to East Lindsey in April, bringing a National standard cycling event right to our doorstep.

As well as all of the excitement brought by hoards of famous athletes walking (and riding) on our home soil, the Tour of the Wolds also brings the opportunity for you to take part in a prestigious sporting event, riding the same route as these elite athletes.

We would love for as many as our members as possible to complete the Sportive events on Saturday 8th April. Are you tempted? Download this Cycling Training Plan to get you firmly in the saddle!
