Our Exercise on Prescription program, in partnership with One You Lincolnshire, offers a fully funded 12-week personalised exercise plan with access to gyms, swimming, and group classes, along with ongoing support and discounted membership options.

Ageless & Agile

Our Ageless & Agile sessions provide a friendly environment for those wanting to get out more, socialise and keep moving.  A mixture of activities including nostalgia, quizzes, activities (both seated exercise and games like boccia)) and much more! Sessions also cover Health Awareness Days to help give you the best advice and guidance.

Wellbeing Walks

Embark on a journey of wellbeing with Magna Vitae, as we join forces with Lincolnshire Co-op and The Ramblers, to explore nature, nurture your health, and build connections – step by step. Includes a 30 minute or 60–90-minute walk with a healthy dose of socialising and laughter!
