Sometimes, things don’t quite go to plan. If you have had a poor experience and would like to make a complaint, please make a member of staff aware as soon as possible. We want to resolve any issues quickly so that you can enjoy the rest of your visit.  

If you are not satisfied or feel the issue still needs further consideration, you can start this process – get in touch by phone, email, or writing.  

 When making a complaint, please include the following: 

• Your full name, address, and contact details 

• As much information as you can provide about the complaint, including:
  • • What has gone wrong? 
    • What can we do to improve or resolve this matter? 

We will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of any investigation.
