We currently have a vacancy for a Full Time Lifestyle Consultant/Gym Instructor at Horncastle Pool & Fitness Suite.
The job role is varied, challenging and extremely rewarding. The post holder will be a motivated and driven individual with a passion and commitment to improve the health and wellbeing of our Customers. Customer interaction is a key element of the post. Long term customer retention in a physical activity programme is a priority objective. We want our local community to become more active, more often.
A strong group exercise leader and the ability to create a social and fun atmosphere within our facilities delivering to a wide range of supporters is an absolute must.
The Lifestyle Consultant will routinely strive to “make every contact count”. A sound understanding of behavioural change is also required in order to assist our patrons in achieving real health improvement progress resulting in a healthier lifestyle and the “living of a great life”.

Potential candidates must possess a relevant professional governing body Level 3 qualification or equivalent in: Exercise Referral, Health & Fitness, Personal Training. At least one ETM class instructor qualification or a willingness to achieve these.
Excellent customer care skills, the ability to work as part of a team, great organisational skills ensuring that all staff, facilities & equipment are clean, safe, well presented and functional at all times of operation are essential.
If you are interested in working for much more than just a gym, hold a current recognised (Level 3) exercise & fitness qualification, hold a range of fitness class qualifications and hold a current Exercise Referral certificate or are happy to work towards these, then Magna Vitae may have the role for you.
