We’re looking for a Front of House Assistant & Call Operator to be the welcoming face of our busy venue in Louth. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will deal with all enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service by effective supervision – and control of the reception & its associated activities/administrative duties. You will ensure the customer has a great experience whilst promoting and selling our various membership offers and products!

Working an average of 40 hours per week – this position involves shift work (including mornings, evenings, weekends & Bank Holidays) between the hours of 6am – 8.45pm. Hours are subject to change. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team. You’ll need to be confident, approachable and well-presented, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, quick-thinking and comfortable handling a range of enquiries both in person and over the phone. Being computer literate and able to pick up new systems is essential and experience in sales or reception work is a bonus.
