HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES

We can now share with you the Easter Holiday Programme. We are offering the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) and our Booster Swimming Lesson programme.

During the Easter Holiday’s we are running our HAF Programme on 1st, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 13th and 14th April. These spaces are fully-funded if your child is a part of the HAF Government scheme.

To book your child into our activity days you can fill the Easter Holiday Activities Form, call us on 01507 607650, email info@mvtlc.org or pop into the venue.

BOOSTER SWIMMING LESSONS & WORKSHOPS

Meridian Leisure Centre

Booster swimming lessons are chance for children to participate in intensive swimming lessons. These lessons run for 5 days in a row, at the same time with the same teacher. 🏊Tuesday 5th April – Breaststroke workshop: 9am-9.30am

🏊Thursday 7th April – Badge Session for up to 100 metres: 9am-9.30am*

🏊Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th April – Stage 4+ Deep End Confidence: 9am-9.30am

🏊Tuesday 12th April – Butterfly workshop: 9am-9.30am

🏊Thursday 14th April – Long distance badge session : 9am-9.30am*

Each of our workshops are priced at:

Non-Member: £9.00

MV Card Holder: £7.20
Waterwise Member: £5.80

*Please note, if your child is apart of our Waterwise swim programme, the badge sessions are free.

AUDIO TALES

Magna Vitae will soon be a launching Audio Tales: a new cultural project, inviting audiences to follow a trail across the fields, fens and forests of Lincolnshire, discovering QR codes and unlocking the rich stories and sounds of East Lindsey!

Involving over 60 creatives from across the local area – from writers and actors, to illustrators and musicians – Audio Tales is an innovative, interactive arts project, that will take people on a journey across our county’s rich past, present and future.

At each of the 24 locations – spanning from Mablethorpe and Minting, to Skegness and Sibsey – there will be a unique QR code which, when scanned with a mobile, will grant you access to an original piece of writing inspired by the exact spot you’re standing at.

ALTITUDE44 RETURNS!

We bet you all wondered where we had been?!

Spring has sprung and that can only mean one thing! The Altitude44 team are back and raring to go. They’ll be looking after you all summer and they recently starting “hanging around” on the course…

The team were on site recently training, testing, checking and chatting – making sure everything is okay for their return… which is very soon indeed!
