Disabled swimming sessions run every week. Whether you need exercise or just want to play, come along and enjoy your swim.
Water can be soothing to anyone with restricted movement. As a low impact exercise, it is a great way to keep fit without putting too much strain on your body.
These sessions are less-crowded so you can relax and enjoy the water, whether you want to swim or just float around.
Hoists are available to help you enter the exit the pool. If you require a carer to attend with you, they can come along free of charge!
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee how many carers will be attending the session, so if you need assistance in the water, please bring your carer along for free.
