Aquajog is exactly what it says: jogging in the water.

You will burn calories as you run against the resistance of the water. This is a great 60 minute class that combines high intensity with low impact to give you a great overall workout.

Aquajog is much kinder on the ankle, knee and hip joints than regular running, but the resistance means you will work hard and burn lots of calories.

You will wear a bouyancy belt to help you to stay upright whilst you run in the deep end of the pool. The class instructor will show you how to put this on before you start.
