Gym Circuits – Regular & High Intensity


Circuits involves a wide range of exercise designed to help with muscle tone, strength and cardiovascular fitness. This is traditional circuit training, incorporating large compound bodyweight movements to build great all-round fitness. Join us for a ‘circuit‘ of short movements, repeated several times with a short period of rest in between. (You only work each muscle area for a short time, but you keep your whole body working hard the whole way through!)

The exercises you will do in this class vary every week so it remains interesting and fun, whilst working all the major muscles. Circuits is a brilliant class, because you have to work different muscle groups at different times. This means that you won’t tire as quickly and can push yourself further than if you were focusing on one area of the body.

    Mondays at 6:15pm
  • Meridian Leisure Centre, Louth:
    Fridays at 5:30pm
  • Skegness Pool & Fitness Suite:
    Mondays at 1pm

Free Circuits is not instructor led, but you have everything planned for you. Tailored programmes designed for all users to come and get your teeth stuck into. With the same benefits as regular Circuits classes – find your independence with each exercise and challenge yourself! (Assistance is at hand if required).
